I recently completed 2 remote energy healing sessions with Paula. This was my first time and I was a little apprehensive about what it would involve but Paula immediately put me at ease with her compassionate and empathetic approach. I felt safe and able to relax and let go to the process and trust in whatever might unfold. I found both sessions to be very powerful and both created also immediate physical reactions in my body, but over the course of a few days/weeks my energy shifted and I felt far lighter and optimistic about my future in terms of both my physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing.

I would highly recommend Paula to anyone who may be considering using remote healing. I have had ‘hands on’ healing in the past, if anything, this was far more powerful and ultimately transformational.
