The Gounding Protecting Releasing guided meditation begins with grounding, and then walks you through a process to create sacred space, within and around you. It was inspired by the rites of the Munay-Ki. The meditation ends with a Qigong movement, accompanied by the healing sounds of the gong, to help you release stressful energy, leaving you grounded, protected and clear. This is intended to be a standing and moving practice, open to all.
